Villa Soraya

In a quiet district opposite the Chambrun park in Nice, lies this beautifully decorated apartment. Located a mere 10 minutes from the ocean and Nice’s old town. An amazing, gated private garden (215 m²) with lush vegetation including olive trees and a herb garden.

The apartment is close to the well known Matisse museum and Chagall museum. There are multiple shops located a mere 5 minutes from the apartment. As is the great Avenue Borriglione market. Additionally there is a perfect tram and bus connection to the city centre (10 minutes).

About Villa Soraya

The name Soraya might strike you as familiar. This might be because of the famous princess and wife of the Shah of Persia, whom spent the majority of her life in france. In some way I cannot help but feel a connection with her when I reflect on my own experiences.

My connection with the middle-east was first established when, after finishing my education at the hotel school, I moved to the Persian Gulf and started working as a stewardess for an Arabian airline company. Whilst there, I also worked as a sales manager at a luxury hotel.

In 1990, I was transferred to the Cote d’Azur where I worked as a sales and marketing manager for various international luxury hotels. Amongst these were the Carlton Hotel in Cannes, Danieli and Gritti palace in Venice, and the Grand Hotel and Hotel Excelsior in Florence.

I’ve had my own successful company for eleven years now. Business is good and many satisfied customers and good results are the fruits of my labor! When so desired, I am able to provide citations from various managers in the Dutch travel- and hotel industry.
