Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To keep our bookings organized, we apply the following cancellation policy for Villa Soraya:

• Cancellation more than 2 months before arrival: If you cancel your reservation more than 2 months before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation within 2 months of arrival: If you cancel within 2 months of your arrival date, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
• No-Shows: In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

How to cancel? To cancel your stay, please send an email directly to Monique at info@villasoraya.com. The date of the email receipt will be used to determine the refund eligibility.
