Terms and Conditions

Introduction These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings at Villa Soraya: Sunny apartment Côte d’Azur with large garden. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms listed below.

Booking and Payment

  • Full Payment: The total reservation amount must be paid online at the time of booking.

  • Confirmation: Your booking is officially approved once the payment is successfully processed. After confirmation, your host, Monique de Ruiter, will contact you personally regarding your stay.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all digital payment methods (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.). Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Security Deposit & Fees

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €350 is required. This amount will be refunded to your chosen bank account within one week after departure, provided no damage has occurred.

  • Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee of €65 applies to every booking to ensure the apartment is pristine for your arrival.

  • Tourist Tax: Good news! The local tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is already included in the total price.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 16:00 (4 PM).

  • Check-out: Before 11:00 (11 AM).

  • Custom Times: If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact Monique. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

House Rules & Occupancy

  • Maximum Guests: The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

  • Groups over 2: If your party consists of more than 2 guests, please coordinate with the host beforehand to discuss the arrangements.

  • Pets: Pets are very welcome! However, you must always contact the host before booking if you plan to bring a dog or another pet.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden.

Damage and Liability

  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

  • In the event of damage, guests are required to inform Monique de Ruiter immediately and honestly. Damage costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
